“He is talking a lot about football” – Hazard names Chelsea teammate as future manager
Eden Hazard has been on Soccer AM this week, and if you can bear the rest of the insufferable program, you will at least get a little interview with Eden Hazard as a reward.
The Belgian revealed some interesting facts in his interview with “Tubes”, including some fairly predictable info about who is the best dancer, who has the worst fashion sense etc.
But the most interesting tidbit is when the winger discusses who could go on to be a manager. He has no hesitation in claiming that Spanish full back Cesar Azpilicueta was his choice for likely to go on and be a gaffer.
“Cesar Azpilicueta, because he is talking a lot about football,” Hazard ponders, and it’s hard to disagree when you consider the kind of attitude the Spaniard has on the pitch. Given his tactical intelligence it’s easy to imagine him on the touchline in a suit conducting players and winning trophies.
Let’s just hope it’s at Chelsea!
