President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday, February 28, 2015 reiterated his stance that the implementation of the 2014 National Conference (CONFAB) report would help bring about the desired change Nigerians seek.
He stated thus in Asaba, Delta State when he attended the rally of the Arewa Initiative for Peaceful Co-existence in Southern Nigeria, adding that the CONFAB report would also guard against discrimination among Nigerians living outside their home states or local governments.
President Jonathan, who was accompanied by the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Steve Oru, said his administration was dedicated towards enthroning peace in the country as peaceful co-existence was pivotal to human existence.
President Jonathan further besought the people to resist being used to create crisis in the country.
